Note for the uninitiated: In pure mathematics it is standard practice to sort author names alphabetically. My two preprints with Evan Gawlik are written almost entirely by me, prof. Gawlik mostly contributed critiques, guidance, and ideas (without which the papers would be immeasurably worse).
